Caregiver Bootcamp

Caring for a loved one with a serious health condition can be both rewarding and challenging. The Caregiver Advocacy Bootcamp is designed to help family caregivers and advocates develop the knowledge and skills they need to provide the best care possible while also taking care of themselves.

This course is structured into eight key modules, covering essential topics such as advocating for your loved one in medical settings, managing daily care, navigating healthcare and social services, and finding emotional and mental health support. You’ll learn practical strategies for organizing appointments, managing medications, communicating effectively with doctors, and handling the financial and legal aspects of caregiving.

Beyond advocacy, the course also focuses on self-care, stress management, and building a strong support system. Caregivers often put their own well-being last, but this course will show you how to balance caregiving with your own health and happiness.

In the final module, you’ll learn how to share your caregiving story to inspire others, build community, and influence change. Whether through writing, speaking, or social media, your experience can make a difference for other caregivers and families navigating similar challenges.
